Sean Costello
Sean Costello is in his second stint (8th year) in the Fairview Program. Costello started coaching in the high school ranks guiding both the Fairview JV and Legion B teams from 1995-1998. In 1999, Costello left Fairview to coach the Boulder Collegians in their return to the Colorado Semi-Pro League. In 2000, Costello started his tenure as head coach at Brighton High School. During his seven years in Brighton, the Bulldogs qualified for the playoffs each year, won two league titles, two district championships, one regional championship and played in the 4A state championship game in 2001. Additionally, Costello guided Brighton in their transition from the 4A ranks to 5A, overseeing a number of projects including the Rockies Field of Dreams and Major Leagues Baseball’s installation of lights on Duke White Field. Sean is a passionate student as well as teacher of the game, and has worked with some of the best high school, college, and professional coaches throughout the country.
