Coaches

David Castillo attended Oral Roberts University where he was a two time All-American and two time Player of the Year for the Mid-Continent Conference.  He was also named an All-Star in the Cape Cod league.  David was drafted by the Oakland Athletics in the 7th round in 2003 and played as high as AAA.  Other highlights of David's playing career include, Midwest League All-star, elected to the Northern League All-star Team, won a championship with the Sacramento RiverCats in 2007 and played for the Fargo Redhawks in 2008.

David specializes in mechanics for hitting, pitching, catching and fielding and will concentrate his instruction in those areas.    David is available for individual instruction or group instruction.  He will limit his groups to 4 (grouped by age).  David is also available for three player - three hour mini camps.  David is available by appointment only.  For rates and appointments, contact David directly at (361) 563-6771 or by email at . 

Josh Duval was born in Lubbock, TX but grew up in Colorado.  Josh played high school baseball at Holy Family High School.  Josh continued playing baseball while attending Briar Cliff University.  He has run batting camps for kids K-8 in Sioux City, IA and also coached Legion ball for Holy Family (Post 22).

Ricky Angel was born and raised in Chicago, IL.  Ricky attended Illinois Wesleyan University where he was the all-time leader in Hits, RBIs, Runs, At-Bats, Total Bases, Intentional Walks and Hit By Pitch.  Ricky was also the all-time leader in Doubles and Home Runs.  In 2007, Ricky played for the First-Team Division III Baseball All-American.
